Tuyo Development was founded by an architect, a builder, and a manufacturer with the aim of improving the construction industry. Our entry into development stems from a desire to fully evaluate the viability of our ideas on how to build better homes, especially for first-time buyers. We build to the same level of quality and finish that we would want for our own homes, and push to incorporate the kind of continual process improvement that’s core to manufacturing. The construction industry must leverage modern technologies and drive innovation to meet our nation’s housing needs and climate goals. At Tuyo, we’re working to optimize the way we build with an eye toward accountability in the full life-cycle of our homes.
